Located in one of the oldest properties in Nottingham, the play area had been a haven for the children as they were growing up.  The space was sat idle, and a change in circumstances, meant my client needed an additional regular income.  The project was inspired by reclaimed stain glass panels which sat centre stage flooding natural light between the south facing kitchen and living area. Estate agents confirmed that my client’s investment 

doubled in terms of the added value to her home and the rental generates an income of over £1500/month
