Whatever your project, however big or small, getting in touch with Inside Storey is the first step in realising your new space. 

Each project starts with a free consultation from your home.  This is a chance to talk through your desires & motivations, aesthetic preferences & practical priorities (such as budget & timescale), for your project. Being onsite also identifies any structural obstacles and whether a site survey, if required

Inside Storey’s design package will be tailored to your budget & the services you require. The aim is to help you visualise your project possibilities through the presentation or 2D/3D spatial layouts and moodboards.  

Once the concept is agreed, Inside Storey develops these ideas.  Different options of quality finishes, fixtures & fittings (from kitchens & beds to rugs & light sockets) are sourced & presented to you.  Meetings at showrooms are pre-targeted to ensure your time and options are prioritised.

With the design agreed, the final plans clearly communicate your project to potential tradesmen.  Where necessary, I will introduce consultants such as structural engineers, planning, party wall surveyor, damp specialists.  Every detail is documented in a full schedule of works to ensure that quotes from contractors represent exactly what is required.  Once you are happy to proceed, contracts are signed.

Inside Storey brings greater efficiency to site by offering a one-stop-shop Project Management service; overseeing the quality of building work, ensuring necessary restoration work is completed and aesthetics are never compromised.  Weekly invoices & scheduling keep a close eye on the budget & timescale. 

Inside Storey minimises hold ups by organising the arrival of all furniture, fitting & equipment and coordinating deliveries.

All furniture, fixtures and fittings will be installed, complimented by appropriate accessories to realise the original design.
